About
The RSPB has always been at the forefront of looking to improve nature and its habitat, and for over half a century been directly involved in the delivery of frontline countryside land management.
During this time we have become experts in all areas of habitat management and succeeded in areas where others have struggled. For this reason, nearly three decades ago, it was decided to further invest in the commercial contracting arm or the organisation, so many more could benefit from our expertise and professional approach. Since the late 80s, we have provided a highly competitive, professional solution to thousands of clients and partner organisations, particularly in the South West of England.
From our main operational centre in Dorset, we work with clients on a local, regional, national and even international basis, providing a range of high-quality ecological services with conservation in mind.
Our objectives include:
- The best outcome for nature and our client.
- Providing a quality of service that not only meets but where possible exceeds expectations.
- We only accept work which won’t have an adverse effect on the natural environment.
- We work on a wide range of habitats: from wetlands to calcareous grassland and from woodland to heathland.
- As a charitable organisation, all profit goes towards the RSPB’s core conservation work.
- We work safely and conservation is always at the forefront of our minds.
